5 Contract Manufacturing & Private Label Terms

For third-party brand manufacturing and OEM supply:

• Quality Standards: All batches are produced in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and GMP certified plant standards at our Rania manufacturing complex.
• Formulations & Specifications: Custom chemical formulations, active matter percentages, and perfume concentrations are defined strictly in bilateral Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ): MOQs and delivery lead times are established based on raw material batch requirements and specialized packaging specifications.

6 Product Descriptions & Accuracy

We strive to provide current and accurate descriptions, images, weights, and technical specifications of our detergent powders, cakes, and dishwash liquids. However:

• Package graphics, promotional free-item bands, and color shades may vary slightly across manufacturing runs.
• Net weight and packaging specifications are subject to legal metrology standards and permissible industrial tolerances.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Dhamak Detergents Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:
